Coffee giant Starbucks has been serving festive holiday cups for the past 20 years. This year, fans can expect something a bit different. The festive cups aren’t red.
Available in stores since early yesterday, the new cups are white with red accents, a departure from the usually all-red offering.
Business Insider reported Leanne Fremar, executive creative director for Starbucks, as saying, “This year’s cup is intentionally designed to encourage our customers to add their own colour and illustrations.” She added that the company loves the idea of “everyone making this year’s cup their own”.
