The Franchise International Malaysia 2023 (FIM2023) exhibition held from 18 to 20 May at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC), was a conducive franchise transaction platform for local and international entrepreneurs, with the participation of various franchise brands from the United States, Australia, Brunei, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan.
Being the largest franchise exhibition and conference in Southeast Asia, the organizers expected a potential franchise investment amounting to RM550 million throughout the program. “It is also the most effective program to unite franchisors around the world through the sharing of experience, ideas and knowledge to improve the development of the Malaysian franchise industry,” he said in his speech at the FIM2023 Opening Ceremony.
Also present were the Minister of KPDN, YB Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub, the Deputy Secretary General (Domestic Trade Development), YBhg Datuk Roziah binti Abudin and the Chairman of MFA, YBhg Datuk Dr. Radzali Hassan.
