MFA FRANCHISE INTERMEDIATE STAGE 1: READINESS AND EVALUATION COURSE
Build. Evaluate. Grow.
Your roadmap to a stronger franchise future starts here.
Taking the next step towards franchising requires more than having a good business idea. Before expanding your business through a franchise system, it is important to understand whether your business is truly ready, how to evaluate its potential, and how to build the right foundations for sustainable growth.
The MFA Franchise Intermediate Stage 1: Readiness and Evaluation Course is a practical two-day programme designed to help aspiring franchisors, business owners and entrepreneurs evaluate their franchise readiness and understand the key elements required before embarking on franchise expansion.
Participants will gain practical knowledge, structured evaluation tools and guidance from experienced industry practitioners to help them assess their business, identify areas for improvement and make more informed decisions about their franchise journey.

Why Should You Attend?
Franchising can be an effective strategy for business expansion, but not every successful business is automatically ready to become a franchise. A strong franchise system requires a solid business foundation, a clear and replicable operating model, protected intellectual property, suitable brand positioning and a proper understanding of the franchise relationship.
This programme will guide you through these essential areas and help you evaluate your readiness before taking the next step.
Whether you are an aspiring franchisor, an existing business owner considering franchise expansion, a franchise developer, or a professional involved in the franchise ecosystem, this course will provide you with a clearer framework for assessing franchise potential.
