Key Responsibilities
ICT Role:
– Support system maintenance, troubleshooting, and digital infrastructure
– Assist in website updates, data management, and tech-related
– Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within MFA
Business Development Role:
– Assist in identifying growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
– Support planning and execution of outreach programs, events, and promotional campaigns
– Help maintain member engagement and contribute to franchise ecosystem development
